1. Promoter
The raffle is conducted by Cherish Women’s Cancer Foundation Registered as Gynaecological Cancer Foundation Ltd ABN 86 158 553 229, an eligible charitable organisation operating in Queensland.

2.  Prize
The prize is a custom-designed jewellery piece by Margot McKinney, created in special collaboration with the winner. The piece will feature Australian Opal and Australian South Sea Pearls and will be comprised exclusively of these gems as outlined in the description. Total retail value: $50,000.
The recipient of this experience graciously accepts the terms and conditions set forth below, which govern the nature and use of this exclusive offering.
2.1Transferable Nature: This experience is a personal invitation but may be transferred, gifted, or assigned to another individual. Such gifting however, will transfer the experience along with the terms of the agreement herein.
2.2 Bespoke Creation Only: This experience is expressly reserved for the creation of a new, bespoke jewellery piece and is not redeemable against any existing jewellery - whether displayed in-store at Margot McKinney or McKinney's Jewellers, or held within current inventory.
2.3 No Exchange or Substitution: This experience holds no cash value and may not be exchanged, substituted, or applied as credit toward any other piece, product, or service offered by either brand. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
2.4. Non-Negotiable Terms: These terms are presented with the utmost care and respect for our valued clients. They exist to ensure a seamless, exceptional experience for all parties and are not subject to negotiation or amendment 

3. Ticket Details
A maximum of 50 tickets will be available for purchase.
Ticket price: $1,000 each.
Each ticket is individually numbered.
Tickets may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over.

4. Draw Details
The draw will take place when all tickets are sold, or on 4th September 2026, 2.30pm, whichever occurs first. The draw will be conducted electronically in accordance with OLGR requirements.

5. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw.
The winning ticket number and initials of the winner will be published on the Cherish website within 5 business days.

6. Eligibility
Tickets cannot be purchased by Cherish board members, staff directly involved in the raffle, or their immediate family members.
Interstate and international purchasers are permitted, provided payment is received in full before the draw.

7. Refunds
No refunds will be issued unless the raffle is cancelled or not approved by OLGR.

8. Use of Funds
All proceeds from this raffle support Cherish’s vital research, clinical trials, and programs improving outcomes for women facing gynaecological cancer.

10. Privacy
Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for the administration of the raffle and will be managed in accordance with Cherish’s Privacy Policy.

11. Cancellation or Amendment
Cherish reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances, subject to OLGR approval.
